"Looking for an Interface Analyst (Clinical Implementation) in Emeryville, CA As a Configuration Specialist, you will work closely with the RelayHealth internal project teams to implement RelayHealth applications/solutions in the most effective way to maximize the client investment and meet their business and technical objectives. This position will be part of the Platform Operations team providing implementation support to our field personnel. The position will be involved in variety of activities including configuration, troubleshooting, training and working closely with Product Management and Operations to understand the evolving platform and it’s features as well as provide feedback for the product roadmap to make implementations and rollouts more streamlined and effective. Critical Experience and Skills: Must Have Understanding of EHR and medical office/health system workflows Clinical Interface Implementations or support experience Experience with clinical applications Knowledge of HL7 Years of experience  3+ Experience configuring  front-end and back-end clinical applications to ensure proper utilization and functionality workflows Desired Experience and Skills: Nice to Have  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Understanding of EHR and medical office/health system workflows Ability to work effectively (maintaining accuracy and sensitivity) under tight timelines and schedules Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues and situations and take appropriate actions Ability to work from an organizational perspective as well as independently and as a contributing team member Possess proven aptitude to learn and apply technical concepts Ability to learn new features in healthcare applications and workflows Possess excellent listening skills and a commitment to communicating in a clear, concise and timely manner at all times Possess exceptional skills in partnering with clients\staff and in developing and maintaining long-term supportive relationships Ability to organize time effectively while identifying barriers to progress, proposing solutions and setting priorities Ability to be effective in a rapidly growing organization  Years of experience  3+ Industry related experience preferred for this position-Clinical Applications/Healthcare Technical Skills (Excel, Word, Salesforce.com, etc.) and level of proficiency:  HL7 - midlevel http://bull.hn/l/WJBI/"
