No. of Opening: 4 (2 Recruiters & 2 Sr. Recruiters) Ideal candidates will have: * 1 to 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing with good understanding in Full Lifecycle recruitment. * Excellent knowledge in US Tax Terms and Visa Types. * Good exposure in Technical skills and understanding requirements. * Ability to identify the right candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc. * Ability to negotiate rates based on the Clients need and maintain good vendor contacts. * Ability to tech screen candidates and maintain good turnaround time. * Strong Team player and process oriented. * Excellent communication, great attitude with good inter-personal skills. * Work in Night Shifts/US Timings.
