"Service Sales & Marketing Manager UK End to End process knowledge of Telecom Operation & Maintenance via ITIL, eTOM, Practical expertise in FLM, SPMS, NOC, Support, Network optimization and planning Service Sales & Marketing Manager required in the UK for a Permanent position Key Responsibilities •Annual Professional Service market analysis and planning •Fulfil annual Service sales target by participating/leading following activities: •Establish, Develop and Maintain our clients customer relationship with there client •Leading global service promotion activities in whole sales project lifecycle: - Group customer engagement - Opportunity generation & lead to sales - Customer event/workshop planning and management •End to end service sales project management: - Customer engagement - Bidding management - Competitor management - Solution management - Lead negotiations with customer •Support our clients local organizations and Accounts for service sales management to reach sales target •Liaison with relevant Business Unit and our clients Head Office for service solution development/customization •Discover, Analyse and Follow new opportunities,by coordinated effort with Global and Local Account and Technical teams •Performs other related duties as required or requested. Requirements •Bachelor degree or above; •Fluent in English, both written and spoken; •Proven experience (7+ years) in Telecom Service Sales. Experience in a multi-national company is a plus; •Service Solution Experience - Knowledge and experience in telecommunication outsourcing services: - Detailed end to end process knowledge of Telecom Operation & Maintenance via ITIL, eTOM etc. - Practical expertise in FLM, SPMS, NOC, Support, Network optimization and planning etc; •Be flexible and a fast responder to customer requirements; •Master of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). •Self starter; •Responsible and goal oriented; •Persuasive and influencer; •Innovative; •Customer driven; •Good presentation skills; •Good internal and external communication skills; •Ability to work under pressure; •Multi cultural working environment; •International travel.
