Solution Marketing Manager required in the UK for a permanent position you will be responsible for Solution Marketing Manager of Clients IT infrastructure Hardware and Software portfolio solutions to their clients VTIS division Key Responsibilities: •Lead cross-department teams in analyzing and understanding telecom operators' challenges and business strategy •Identify new business opportunities and avenues; and produce comprehensive analytical reports •Drive the development of new business avenues; devise novel business solutions (incl. business strategy/model, high level technical solutions, and partner collaborations); influence product development and product distribution, and coordinate activities with other departments (produce lines, sales, customer service departments etc) •Manage small- or medium-sized project teams to complete solution development projects and consulting services in a certain field; Objectively align our clients business centric approach to enhance customers’ portfolio •Provide consulting service to clients, assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on our clients technology suite •Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level; create Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts in the responsible ICT field; represent our clients business solutions to appropriate industry forums •Develop business consulting tools and capabilities, help to improve the competence of the team Preferred /Qualifications •Cloud computing solutions (strategy, services, platforms, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, AWS, Azure, etc.), Enterprise IT solutions and applications (system integration, office tools, accounting, inventory, security, productivity, agile development, SOA, ERP, CRM, Siebel, etc. ), Mobile applications (mobile internet, mobile office, mobile PaaS, Web 2.0, Android, Application Store, etc. ), Multimedia applications (CDN, video, streaming, etc. ), Telecom OSS and BSS, Business Intelligence. Data centre Solution including Server, Storage, Networks and Automation tools. •At least 10 years’ Experience in areas of business/solution consulting or strategic planning, marketing strategy, business development. •Operator, vendor or telecommunications consultancy background is essential •Good organizational, cross-departmental and project management skills Basic /Qualifications •Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business is required; MBA is highly desirable •Good knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry is required •Good communication skills •Able to work in a fast-paced working environment •Easygoing with an open mind and willingness to learn new things quickly •Teamwork: Ability of good communication and coordination. •Strong sense of responsibility and take the serious and meticulous attitude during working •International and domestic travel up to 20% is required •Basic language skills: fluent English.
