"Senior BSS Solution Consultant - UK (BSS/OSS, Architecture, Technical Presales, Digital Channels, Enterprise Software, West EU Region Analysis, Telecoms, UK, Perm) An experienced Senior BSS Solution Consultant is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. You will be based in Reading. Job description: Our client is expanding a BSS technical presales team focus on exploring and developing the BSS market in west European Union Region. Responsibilities: ● Support account teams to seek out, identify and develop business leads in west European Union region. Collect and analyze marketing information. Support customer facing marketing activities to enhance customer relationship. ● Act as a consultant to carrier for feasibility study, via collecting, analyzing carrier’s requirement and providing relative business case and technical solution. ● Accomplish annual sales target as technical solution leader from lead to contracting. Responsible for solution proposal, review, clarification, contract negotiation, etc. ● Act as a bridge between R&D and sales regions to contribute product roadmap management Requirements: ● 5 ~ 10 years experience in telecom BSS area (hands-on experience preferred) ● Good business relationship with telecom industry consultant, analyst institute is prior and prefer ● Working experience with major BSS vendors and SIs is prior and prefer ● Familiar with Telco BSS/OSS architecture. Have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Digital Channels (eCommerce, IP contact center…), CRM (operational, analytical…), Charging/Billing (OCS, enterprise billing…), Event Based Campaign ● Familiar with modern enterprise software development models and related design patterns, platforms and frameworks (SOA, Java EE application servers, Spring, Struts, OSGi …) ● Familiar with telecom business processes (eTOM) Team working, self-motivated and flexible on frequent business travels within West European Union region ● Fluent English and excellent presentation skills If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills and experiences for the above position, please forward your updated resume in a word document to Jason sales@manningglobal.com with the following reference LIJV/BSSC-4221 or call +385 1 638 7404 for further information."
