Contact: Suzy Schmitt – 770-416-2306 – sschmitt@mdigroup.com RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection, negotiation and close. - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to personal network, job boards, user groups and other networking-related functions. - Maintain significant involvement in technical networking organizations and events to maintain an effective referral program. - Accountable for ongoing professional development including market knowledge about issues that impact technology staffing, technology advancements and self-development of sales and recruiting skills. - Seek and share leads for sales team. - Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis. REQUIREMENTS - At least 2-3 years of IT recruiting experience. - Strong communication skills. - Closing and follow-up skills are essential. - Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple job orders is a must. - Ability to critically assess candidates’ capabilities.
