Group: IT Recruiters Subject: nXt-IT is looking for a PM SAP Monitoring Deployment start : asap duration : 31/12/2013 location : Antwerpen ref nr 1932 Sarah De Laet posted a job: nXt-IT is looking for a PM SAP Monitoring Deployment start : asap duration : 31/12/2013 location : Antwerpen ref nr 1932 "The Project Manager will be responsible for performing the following key functions on a day to day basis: • define the program/project delivery roadmaps • estimate work efforts and resource requirements • manage the program/project financial plans and budgets • manage a matrix delivery effort across multiple technical teams • drive schedules, track and report status • manage and escalate issues and risks as required for discussion and resolution with peers • adhere to SDLC methodology, documentation and deliverables • craft and deliver presentations and dashboards Qualifications • Basic knowledge on Tidal / CPO • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. • Fluent in English required • A minimum of 8 years of program and project management, with the most recent 3-5 years in complex network program management • A minimum of two years’ experience in network infrastructure deployment is preferred. • Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage dynamic and challenging relationships is required. • Must have excellent communication skills • Process oriented with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement. • Holds self-accountable for flawless execution. • Demonstrates a clear bias for action and a sense of urgency. • Experienced in the management of matrix teams including building collaboration and teamwork. • Direct working knowledge of the business environment outside of the IT organization (e.g., Regulatory Compliance, Manufacturing, Product /Process development (R&D), Business Development, Business Improvement/ Process Excellence, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) is preferred. • Preference for experience with FDA and/or SOx compliance.
