Start time is ASAP. Work eligibility in Netherlands is required for application. Responsibilities: Engineering support - Supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test - Onsite support for site survey, installation and acceptance test when necessary - Perform software commissioning of Core Network (CS) elements and integration with network elements. - Interface with engineering partners to locate technical problems which may arise during the engineering and integration process Maintenance support. • Onsite support of problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA • Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process • Responsible for network performance and capacity management, network change design, implementation and reporting internally and externally Requirements:• - Proven ability to diagnose and localize issues using logical analysis techniques • Experience in working on Mobile Core network (including MSC/MGW/HLR/HSS/IMS Core, etc.) • Experience in deploying Mobile Core network technical solutions (MSC Pool solution, CSFB solution, etc.) • Experience in working in close contact with customers, internal business units and third party vendors • Ability to understand the commercial environment whilst focusing on technical issues • Ability to work in multicultural teams as well as independently • Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense situations • Ability to provide clear, written and verbal reports • Fluent communication in English If you are interested and have the eligibility to live and work in Netherlands, please send your updated CV in Word format to Jo at sales@manningglobal.com or call +49 (0) 172 140 1051 with reference LIJo/CS-4357."
