Fluent Swedish and English is required for application. Start time is ASAP. Responsibilities: Overall responsible on site level for Site Acquisition, including coordination between all internal departments and subcontractors in the SA process. Responsible for all Site Acquisition issues in the region including handling with all local authorities, submitting all building permits to local authorities, follow up and ensure process is managed on time. Ensuring all site permits, lease contracts are correctly handled and managed according to legislation and documented in correct systems like Omnix In conjunction the team responsibility is also to manage the Field Services in a 3G mobile telecom network. Field Services is performed by a subcontracted partner. Since this is a small unit the staff has to be flexible and prepared to overlap each other’s work areas. The person in this position will work also with Site Management. This means Management of the infrastructure on sites in the network, such as towers, masts, cables, shelters, air cooling, and electric power issues etc. This position will be responsible for all, or parts of, the following activities within Site Management. - Routines for Preventive Maintenance performed by partner. - Routines for correction of damages and other faults in the infrastructure. - Guide and instruct partner in his work,Monitor progress and quality of work. - Together with partner continuously look for possible improvements in routines and procedures. - On demand, manage small sub-projects such as battery swaps or exchange of a faulty type product spread over the network. - Management of keys to all the operator’s sites. Qualifications: 5 years of working experience in Telecommunication, experience in field operations and/or network build of mobile Telecom networks. Experience in Site acquisition in Swedish market, contacts and good working relationship with local authorities Knowledge of permits and lease contracts for new site acquisition Experience in site and infrastructure management, e.g. power, cooling solutions, site lease handling, towers, mast, building and maintenance procedures and regulations. Normal computer skills.
