"Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum four (4) years experience in process design. Four plus (4+) years of contingent management or service industry experience. Three plus (3+) years of post implementation support experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written with ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management. Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Project, Visio, Access, PowerPoint and Excel). Prior MSP/VMS implementation experience preferred but not required. Project management experience preferred but not required.
