(Relocation available) "Full time/Not contract work Position Description: Transmission Calibration Supervisor Manage teams responsible for the calibration of a transmission family across a range of different applications and model years. Responsible for both shift control and drive strategy. Team is in a development phase Main Job Responsibilities: Provide transmission calibration releases, on-time, meeting milestone-based objectives Document and execute appropriate calibration verification Provide analysis/calibration support to program teams Develop team best practice skills, knowledge and methods Optimize procedures and guidelines for data collection/analysis Adapt instrumentation for data acquisition, storage, analysis for streamlined, automated approach Provide regular overview summaries and detailed reports on specific assignments, including timing projections Required Qualifications BSME, BSEE, BS in Computer Science or equivalent from an ABET Accredited University Minimum 8 years’ experience in Transmission Calibration or System Development with direct responsibility for: Clutch to Clutch shift controls, Drive Strategy calibration, and/or Advanced Data Acquisition/Analysis Previous experience in a supervisory/lead role Other Requirements Demonstrated leadership skills Understanding of Transmission System Fundamentals Good Teamwork Skills and Ability to Work Independently Preferred Qualifications MSME, MSEE or MS in Computer Science from an ABET Accredited University ETAS INCA Tool Experience (or equivalent) MATLAB / SIMULINK Hardware In the Loop Development /Verification Experience as a technical team leader or supervisor Familiarity with structured development processes, such as CMMI Familiarity with database management of production calibrations If interested please email me your resume to brandon.johnson@rightthinginc.com Or call 866-203-8227 x6686 Thanks for your interest,"
