Outsourcing/Consulting); often across multiple concurrent deal opportunities. Manage Corporate Transaction Analysis (CTA) to support the pricing approach to the client value proposition, while ensuring Accenture's economic interests are protected. Control the flow of CTS activities and reviews on multiple proposals. Principal responsibilities include: Create financial framework and structure for the deal Assume a lead role in representing the CTA (Accenture's standard costing and pricing tool) at team meetings and executive briefings Direct ownership of relevant deal evaluation models and costing standards through the standard costing tool prepared by CTS Specialists and Analysts Responsible for executive review of all new opportunities including: Review client budgets Review profitability of proposed operational environment Approving direct costing schedules Identifying other financial opportunities Generating creative financial solutions for the client engagement team Directing development of pricing methodologies Partnering with the client financial staff during proposal/due diligence Ensuring proposed accounting treatments are compliant with US GAAP Independently and accurately assess prospective business to demonstrate impact of business on the economics of the relative Accenture Business Unit Confirm and control modifications to the standard costing tool throughout the Business Development Process, and ensure compliance with deal parameters Develop deep CTS skills in the CTS specialists assigned to support specific new opportunities Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum); CPA/MBA preferred 7+ years at a major corporation (i.e. Fortune 500) as a "hands on" financial analyst with strong financial skills and exposure to senior management Must be a US Citizen Preferred Skills Requirements High degree of knowledge and expertise in applying US GAAP High degree of proficiency in financial modeling techniques (i.e., Excel), financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and accounting concepts and budgeting techniques Globally and detail oriented Experience and background in outsourcing and business-to-business relationships Ability to maintain sufficient independence from the deal to ensure credible economics Personal confidence, complimented with sound business judgment, applied to: Give the sales team latitude Hold to parameter Conceptual, commercial experience and analytical skills Clear understanding of sources of risk Professional Skills Requirements Effective communicator, including written, verbal and presentation skills Demonstrated capability to interface multiple levels of management and departments Ability and willingness to be either flexible or dogmatic, depending on circumstances Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
