The Global Human Resources Department at the worldwide headquarter in Switzerland is looking for a highly motivated and initiative Assistant to the Global Head of Human Resources (100%) Your main responsibilities are in the following three main areas: HR Projects & Processes, Communication & Information, Organization: - Performing international HR projects as part of the international HR community - Definition, development and implementation of clear and simple processes - Preparing internal concepts & guidelines in adaptation to our corporate identity - Developing communication & information on a professional and international level - Preparing presentations and statements on a high level - Supporting the back office of the Global Head of HR (e.g. set-up of meetings and invi- tations, preparation of periodic statistics and reviews, travel and expenses) Your ideal profile: - Bachelor degree in Business / Economics / Human Resources - 3-5 years of professional experience; advantageous if in international HR Department - Experience in conceptual work and performing multiple, international projects - Flexibility to deal with change - Ability to work proactively and within different cultures and languages - Strong personal and written communication skills - Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (further languages desirable) Please send your CV to jean@approachpeople.com"
