They have a significant procurement team globally and offer outstanding opportunity for progression and development. This role will be part of a global indirect procurement team and will be part of the HR & Professional Services sub team that manages HR purchasing spend and Professional Services such as finance, compliance, insurance, legal and environmental services. In this role you will need to understand local business objectives, engage with internal customers and understand the options and risks associated with supply chain activities. Accountable for end to end delivery of purchasing sourcing projects with a multitude of suppliers across the world and a number of key stakeholders based in the UK and the US. Strong end to end indirect purchasing skills are critical. Ideally you will be: Degree educated with sound procurement skills - CIPS preferred e.g. negotiation skills, contract drafting etc. Be able to demonstrate the ability to run robust category management processes such as determining robust source plans and implementation ideally within a large non mandated blue chip organization. An excellent communicator with strong project management experience.
