"Responsibilities: - Develops test strategy and high-level plan for test IFD Statements with input from the Project Manager and the WT Testing Manager -Documents detailed test conditions and test procedures/scripts -Applies test procedures, analyzes and documents issues -Leads Test Analyst in test planning, testing, and issue analysis/documentation -Reviews and approves deliverables of the Test Analyst(s) -Coordinates scheduling of detailed testing activities within Wilmington Trust, SEI, and the print/mail service provider (RR Donnelley) - Plan/develop/test/document computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques/computer systems. - Evaluate user request for new/modified programs. Outline steps required to develop program, using standard development methodologies. - Capture requirements using development frameworks/tools. Design reports/forms/letters/computer terminal screen displays to accomplish goals of user request. - Convert project specs into sequence of detailed instructions & logical steps for coding in a computer processing language, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques/computer languages. - Analyze/review/alter program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. - Document program development/logic/coding/corrections. Write functional specs. Develop installation & operating procedures manual. - Assist in solving operating problems. May use computer-aided software tools in each stage of system development. Oversee hardware/software installation; provide technical assistance to program users. - Install/test program; monitor program performance after implementation. Required Experience: -Subject Matter expertise in the testing of Trust and/or Investment Statements -Demonstrated experience in developing test strategies and high-level plans balancing completeness with time and cost constraints. -Demonstrated experience in coordinating testing activities across multiple organizations - -Demonstrated experience in leading efforts to document detailed test conditions and pro-cedures/scripts -Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes and identify the root cause of issues -Experienced in working on an IBM Mainframe platform and using FileAid or similar tool Desired Experience: -Experience in using HP's Quality Center or equivalent tool to document test plans and track testing is desirable -Trust and Investment statements experience is HIGHLY DESIRABLE Base Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 6 years experience in systems analysis/application development or equivalent combination Technical Skills - Proficient in at least one programming language - Knowledge of system life cycle/application development alternatives - High aptitude for complex problem analysis/resolution Soft Skills - Very good communication skills; ability to effectively present to target audience - Ability to effectively work w/all levels of personnel within the organization - Detail-orientated/sound judgment/self-motivated; ability to handle multiple tasks - Very good organization/time management skills US Citizen or Green Card Holder If you are interested in pursuing this position, please send your resume to wendi@tkmresults.com.
