Subject: Manning Global Group are currently recruiting for an Operations Director - UK Rachael Manning posted a job: Manning Global Group are currently recruiting for an Operations Director - UK "On behalf of our client, a major and fast growing Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group are currently recruiting for an Operations Director for a two year fixed term position in the UK. Responsibilities: - The first owner of network safety and stability. Be responsible for the customer satisfaction of the networks; - Interface to customer service operations director/manager . - Establish the maintenance project. Build up the project team with different product team. Be responsible for the project team management; - Internal and external communication management. Effectively manage the customer's expectations on maintenance service. Be responsible for customer’s satisfaction of maintenance service; - Coordinate with related departments/teams to setup the strategy of maintenance delivery. Generate maintenance operation plan, manage the maintenance operations; - Based on contract SLA and agreed scope to deliver the maintenance service , ensure the quality of service; - Resource planning and management. Improve the efficiency of resource. Be responsible for the cost and budgeting of maintenance project; - Track the progress allocation progress; - Project external/internal routine reports; - As maintenance project team’s QA, review and audits the quality of maintenance operations.
