GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead product engineering work for existing products • Improve product quality and productivity through product design • Mentor Designers and Engineers • Develop and design changes to meet customer needs • Develop testing requirements to support development • Collaborate with the manufacturing/process engineer to improve ease of manufacture REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor Degree in Engineering; BSME preferred • 5+ years experience in Commercial Appliance, Residential Appliance or related industry • Knowledge of Refrigeration Systems • Knowledge of Sheet Metal Design • Project Management experience • CAD Software; Solid-works preferred; Microsoft Office • Good Communication Skills and Proven Leadership Ability LOCATION Located in beautiful and historic west-central Georgia, 100 miles south of Atlanta; perfect for those who like the laid back lifestyle and relaxing atmosphere we enjoy in the South but also want the convenience of living near a large city."
