This involves developing systems and integrating third-party products to meet the high standards of security and reliability. Responsibilities • Detail oriented, can follow procedures • Can communicate effectively at the right level with customers (Infrastructure, developers, etc.), the Head of Core Technology, different types of staff, (support engineers, Level-1 associates, etc.) • Must be steady under stress • Good common sense/judgment • Fast processing speed -- must keep up with a fast-paced environment • Ability to effectively troubleshoot • Creative, original thought and not constrained by status quo, initiative with conceptual intelligence.
