Job Description  Responsible for managing Quality Control to facilitate the achievement of manufacturing goals and ensure continuous production improvements.  Includes planning, organizing, and Six-Sigma process improvements, and Lean Manufacturing implementation. Required Skills  Experience in quality programs.  Experience in Lean manufacturing, TPM, and Kaizen required.  Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.  Strong customer interface skills required (written and oral).  Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project. Required Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering required.  Minimum of 10 years QA engineering work experience in the “High Volume” automotive industry.  Six-Sigma process improvements and Lean Manufacturing implementation.  Automotive Metal or Metal Bending is preferred."
