Demonstrated ability to work independently administering integrated telecommunications platforms & related databases & processes. Knowledge of and experience with voice technology architectures & their application design characteristics to include PBX, Voice Messaging, Call Center, Call Accounting, Integrated Voice Response, Conference Bridge & Video Teleconferencing, as well as Voice Network engineering & provisioning of carrier services are required. Experience with deployment of VoIP Telephony, particularly Cisco Unified Communications technology highly desirable. In addition to technical knowledge base, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask and contribute towards the execution of multiple high profile project initiatives concurrently with minimal supervision. High commitment to customer service and the ability to maintain flexibility in rapidly changing environments essential. Certifications CISCO and/or Siemens telephony products highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in technology migrations & integrated services in an enterprise, scientific or academic environment similar to that of Brookhaven National Laboratory.
