"Minimum Requirements: •9 years overall IT experience •4-7 years SAN/NAS administration experience including hardware and software •Complete SAN/NAS skills in implementation, upgrade, and administration including fiber switches, HBAs, LUN allocation, zoning, and RAID configurations •Complete IT infrastructure knowledge (telecommunications switches, routers & protocols; Active Directory, DNS and DHCP; ports and protocols; remote access; web interface; and other standard technologies) •Knowledge of Unix/Linux and/or Windows server configuration and integration •2-5 years experience customer service (helpdesk) and interaction. •Knowledge of Windows PC configuration and integration •Proven technical and analytical problem solving skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to consistently exercise appropriate discretion in the performance of duties related to all aspects of system administration. •Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and analyze system performance to ensure that it meets or exceeds customers’ expectations. •Bachelors degree from an accredited college (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related is preferred), or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of applicable experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. •Trained in the following EMC SourceOne eDiscovery training courses: oGetting Started with EMC SourceOne eDiscovery - Kazeon (1 day) oEMC SourceOne eDiscovery - Kazeon Administration Fundamentals (2 days) Desired skills: •Experience with EMC SourceOne eDiscovery solution. •Experience with EMC storage hardware and software •Experience with Whats-Up Gold monitoring suite"
