"Title: Application Developer (Java Programming) Location: Jersey City, NJ Contract Length: 5 months Job Code: 73707 The developer will lead an effort with various development teams to determine how best to utilize SSO services provided by SiteMinder and Ping. The responsibilities will include: 1.Review how SiteMinder SSO services are currently utilized and determine if there are any threats to application stability 2.Design how SSO will be implemented in new datacenter/application strategy 3.Work on improving the performance of the SM implementation 4.Work with dev teams to determine impact of their SSO changes to the environment 5.Be involved in any triage efforts that involve issues with site logins 6.Design a strategy on how best to expose metrics and monitor application interaction with the SiteMinder infrastructure JOB DUTIES: 1.) Review Environment and determine if there are any threats to stability. Review needs to include: SiteMinder Core Components (Policy Server, Key Store, Webagents, etc..), OS, LDAP (iPlanet and CA), Network, Webservers, Software versions/patches, Key Rotation Strategy, Database, Scheduled Jobs (Cron/Autosys), Shell Scripts, Oracle DB, Siteminder Federation Services 2.) Work with app teams to design application interaction with SM Java API access to SM 3.)
