Their customer base is comprised of recreational, commercial, and military boat builders, dealers, and users in the Southwest US, Hawaii, and parts of Mexico. Commercial Marine Engine Sales they represent Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Scania, and FPT diesel engines and Kohler generators. They also represent Hamilton Jets and ZF transmissions. Required Experience: 2 + years outside sales experience in marine engines (Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Scania, FPT diesel engines, Kohler generators, Hamilton Jets, ZF transmissions). Currently in Southern California Experience as a technician or technical abilities with marine engines is a plus. Job Description: The position is Outside Sales for Commercial Marine Engines. The territory is basically California, though it could entail travel to some of the surrounding states. Experience in the commercial marine industry is required, preferably with an emphasis on propulsion and power generation. Benefits: The compensation is base plus commission plus expenses. Compensation depends on experience and performance with base at $50,000 and commission as a percentage of gross profit on sales. A vehicle is provided for business use.
