Strong organization skills and ability to function effectively and independently in an environment of competing priorities • Knowledge in general EPC contracts issues, Design issues, standards, codes, specifications, yard fabrication methods, offshore construction operations. Oil and Gas operations and commissioning Activities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English Duties • To deliver and accountable for Time Management, Cost Management, Information Management, Change Management and Schedule & Cost Risk Management functions of the mega projects. • Establishing and administering the project controls functions of highest standards for Mega Projects Value $ 2 Billion to $5 Billion and accountable for delivery of projects within agreed targets of project budget, schedule and objectives. • To ensure that the correct and appropriate project governance (control tools, systems and processes) is applied and maintained, for successful delivery of project in professional manner and aligned to Company business objectives. • To provide proactive, comprehensive, reliable data analysis and strategic information for the project management. • Responsible for delivery of program management and interface management functions for simultaneous handling of multiple packages with multiple global contractors"
