"Your responsibilities: • You manage the communication between IT and the different business areas. • You write specific requirements for our developers and work with them to assure that the features are delivered as requested. • You assure that layout, features, workflows and business processes deliver the expected business benefit. • You build a small team in the short term to support business growth. • As with all positions at Rocket, the e-commerce product manager must have an extremely hands-on attitude - the product manager must be willing and able to "dive deep" into the inner works of our e-commerce platform and become a functional expert in it. Your skills: • You have at least 3 years of work experience in IT product management or a related discipline. • You have excellent understanding of e-commerce concepts such as payment, fraud or sales funnel, and preferably hands on experience of managing local partners such as payment gateways. • You have a profound knowledge of different disciplines such as marketing, purchasing, retail operations, accounting and finance. • You have the ability to prioritize issues with key users and manage expectations. • You are proficient in project management with scrum. • Though this is not a programming role, the candidate should have a very good understanding of web technologies and programming languages, in particular html, php and web services.
