"Position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources Looking for a dynamic, polished Human Resources Director that is able to wear many hats within an organization. Approximately 60% recruiting, 30% Employee Relations and 10% Training along with regular H.R. Administration. SPHR certification is a plus and highly desired! If candidate lives in the City of Chicago, must be comfortable with the daily commute to the Northwest Suburbs! May offer relocation to strong qualified candidates who are a “fit” for the organization.
