An exciting, new opportunity exists for a talented commercial lawyer to join this companies MEA legal team. Based in Cairo and reporting into the MEA GC you will work closely with the business across MEA focusing on a wide range of matters. This is a senior post and therefore requires all applicants fulfil the following criteria before they can be considered: • Lawyer qualified in MEA or western jurisdiction • Multi national experience • Business level English and Arabic. French is desirable but not essential • Extensive experience of the IT and / or communications industry • Extensive experience of the MEA market • Experience of compliance and regulatory matters • Experience of working closely with commercial teams including sales • A proven track record in building strong business relationships at senior levels • Extensive experience of negotiating big ticket deals This organisation will offer a highly competitive salary and flexible benefits package commensurate with a senior post of this nature.
