Max Salary $ DOE Per Hour Employment Type Direct Jobs (Full Time) Domain Any Description The organization is seeking a versatile Technology Relationship Manger to work with key stakeholders to institute an overall technology quality program in support of the CES businesses. The position requires a solid understanding of quality management practices on high volume platforms and requires strong relationship and problem solving skills. The qualified candidate is expected to work closely with the centralized Application Support Group (ASG) team, application teams and business partners to ensure that a holistic quality approach is implemented. The key objectives are the mitigation of risk and client exposure. In addition, he/she will work closely with the business partners to prioritize and implement action plans against high priority items. Key duties and responsibilities include: Liaise with ASG, CET and CES to ensure comprehensive issue coverage, communications, reporting, trend analysis, etc. Work with all constituents to develop a set of standard measures and implement a joint plan for monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement Identify and communicate risks; ensure proper mitigation plans are implemented The position requires: Strong communications skills - ability to communicate at all levels within the technology and business organizations Strong Program/Project management skills Strong investigative and problem solving skills Ability to interact with a diverse group of technology and business partners at a variety of levels Solid understanding of a variety of technology platforms (mainframe, distributed, etc.) Understanding of financial services and trading technologies; preferably Equity Compensation and Executive Financial Services (10b5-1, Direct Share Programs, etc.) experience please send your resume at"
