Job Summary: - CGW Commissioning & Integration; - Acceptance Test; - Operation / Maintenance support. Job responsibilities: • Reporting to Core Manager • Ensure on time delivery • Troubleshooting CGW problems • Troubleshooting Transmission and problems • CGW integration into EPC core • CGW Commissioning and Integration • Integration support of CGW • CGW status and handling Alarm handling via Samsung CSM • Use of customer databases and operational tools • Develop / produce scripts to support project Requirements: • Associate Degree or better - CCNA / CCNP • Over 3years experience as engineer in telecom field • Experience of CGW systems in 2G/3G/ LTE • Knowledge of SGSN / GGSN , CGW • Knowledge of CGW systems in 2G/3G/4G , LTE • Knowledge of nTels CGW • Knowledge of AcmePacket SBC • Knowledge of nfoblox DNS • Scripting experience of Unix , Perl , Linux , SQL , XML , Excel . MS Access • Business travels demanded , UK or EU national • Fluent English and excellent clear telephone speech .
