Job Description: One of our client is planning to deploy Dynamics AX 2012 to support the Enterprise Business. In support of this program we are looking for Dynamics AX consultants to provide AX specific expertise in support of the Financial and Resource Management functional areas. A Dynamics Consultant routinely acts as subject matter expert, assisting customers, partners and Microsoft teams in the most critical and difficult implementations. Consultants are able to deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes and possess excellent communication skills. The Dynamics AX consultant is expected to apply advanced analysis skills and experience to define appropriate solutions, develop detailed solution architecture and estimates for the Dynamics AX implementation for Enterprise Services business. He/she must be able to thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to find creative solutions to our business needs. The candidate should be proficient in Solution design; application configuration. The role requires the ability to work directly with Microsoft Business Partners, and Product teams to create Dynamics AX solutions that meet/exceed Enterprise Services needs across the globe. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of Dynamics AX modules and processes, and possess strong Analytical and problem solving skills combined with demonstrated result-driven approach in all ERP implementation related endeavors. This position will be involved in the largest, most complex, and most strategic project for Enterprise Services. The role requires an individual, who can thrive in ambiguity, self-motivated, is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management. Qualifications: Ability to design solutions, ability to estimate work packets/projects, delivered 3-4 large implementations or equivalent, played functional roles for 2-3 projects, ability to lead a team, uses creative ways to find solutions, stellar verbal & written communication skills, is certified on Dynamics AX at desired levels, great team player, ability to translate business requirements into functional solution design, proficient in Delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable), can plan and organize delivery of solution, good presentation skills for any size and type of audience, learnability and self-motivated. Required Skills: AX 2012 product knowledge and implementation experience, good understanding ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge - Professional Services preferred, proficient in minimum 3 modules (Preferred modules Project Management & Accounting, Finance, HRMS), capture detailed requirements by Process and by Role, create functional solution design, test case preparation and functional testing, ability to conduct workshops and seminars, strong process knowledge and documentation skills. candidates with Projects/Service Industry knowledge will be preferred<b"
