They will be responsible for critical system testing to ensure application functionality and satisfaction of Key Stakeholders. Effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver functional requirements. Be versed and proficient with ITIL methodology to create an appropriately built change control process. Knowledge of federal rules and regulations and the ability to document policies, guidelines, and procedures. Working knowledge of basic regulatory frameworks, general regulatory and internal control requirements as well as industry knowledge in all aspects of compliance. Minimum 3–5 yrs of related work experience. Minimum 2–4 yrs of ITIL experience. ITIL, CBAP, or CCBA certified preferred, but NOT Required. BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
