That client has asked that we assist them in their search for a unique individual to fill their role as a Solution Architect. About the opportunity responsibilities: Works collaboratively with sales team members. Is an integral member of the sales process and team providing Demos of IT solutions with clients and preparing Response for Proposals (RFPs) and implementation cost estimates. Works closely with clients to assess and obtain the best solutions for the IT success of the clients. Provide presales and post-sales support. Requirements: • This highly visible position calls for someone with a mixture of IT talents and exposure. • The following are preferred: • BS Degree in Computer Science or related. • Experience in a consulting environment is favorable. • Certifications are required: HP, Cisco, IBM and or Hardware Infrastructure. • Additional Certifications: Microsoft, VMware, or other. • Technical: HP Technologies and products. • Expert Level: Software, Hardware, Network Design and Implementation of IT Solutions. Soft skills: This is a role that requires communication, communication and more communication along with being an outstanding IT Solution Architecture professional. This position requires someone with the unique ability to meet with and connect to all levels of prospective/client stakeholders’ with all levels of technical expertise (or not) and clearly be able to connect with the client.
