Subject: Looking for a Risk Assurance ITPA SAP Director (West Coast) Dan Counts posted a job: Looking for a Risk Assurance ITPA SAP Director (West Coast) "Position/Program Requirements Knowledge Preferred: - Demonstrates expertise of core financial modules, projects and some industry specific modules and/or bolt-on products as well as GRC technology, including thorough familiarity with multiple versions of the SAP application is highly encouraged; - Demonstrates expert understanding of security and control (including configuration) for SAP and SAP GRC applications and/or technologies; - Demonstrates expertise of the design, implementation, and/or assessment of controls, including an intimate understanding of the systems implementation lifecycle as well as configuring and optimizing business process controls and application security; - Demonstrates business processes expertise related to core SAP and SAP GRC modules and significant experience with industry - specific modules/products; - Demonstrates expertise with facilitating SAP GRC configuration and implementation; - Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success with managing in a professional services firm or large enterprise as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist. - Demonstrates expertise and or a proven record of success with identifying and obtaining new service opportunities and taking the opportunities through the sales cycle, including the following: - defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing and collection - identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining extensive client relationships - leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation Skills Preferred: - Demonstrates expertise to identify key risks and controls, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness, controls optimization, as well as configuration of controls around security, business process and within the SAP GRC module. - Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success working directly with systems integrators in developing business requirements and business controls in SAP and SAP GRC related implementations. - Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success with facilitating staff and managers as they perform assessments to evaluate controls, security, SOD, and potential for optimization as well as implementation and/or configuration of SAP products. This includes an extensive understanding of clients' business, industry and technology, as well as expert level project management skills in relation to SAP projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules. - Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, and respecting the work-life quality of team members. This includes providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress. - Demonstrates expert abilities with developing thought leadership and sharing lead practices on SAP risk, controls, and SAP GRC configuration. - Demonstrates expert negotiation and persuasion skills used to sell potential new service opportunities, including a proven track record with identifying and converting potential engagement opportunities and developing market presence. Min Year Exp: 7 years of SAP controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing.
