This is a key leadership role and the company’s top financial position reporting directly to the company CEO/President. Responsibilities: * Oversee full Finance / Accounting operations for global organization * Directly manage all Strategic Planning, Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting, Audit, Tax and Accounting * Drive the creation and implementation of Strategic Financial Plan * Ensure that all areas are compliant with controls and services * Provide strategic analysis of market, competition, economic and financial conditions and their impact on the company * Manage and develop a team that will advise senior leadership Requirements: * MUST have 10 years minimum experience directly in Finance * MUST have managed multiple departments or business units * MUST have extensive P&L experience * MUST have supported manufacturing operations * An MBA or graduate degree and/or a CPA is highly preferred Compensation: Base Salary of $140-180k + bonus, full relocation and more!
