Will act as contract team lead for the Operations function of the Supplemental Labor Management Office (SLMO). This position supports the Operations manager in day-to-day administration of Supplemental Labor Information Management (SLIM) system operations and functions. Also serves a strategic role by proactively seeking ways to increase the level of customer service through improvement of SLMO’s practices, processes, and tools. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Operations or a related field is highly desirable) • 5+ years previous staffing industry, personnel recruiting or directly applicable human resources skill, knowledge, or experience required. • 12+ months or more experience in Contingent Workforce Management from the Buyer’s perspective required. • Vendor Management System (VMS) software familiarity and VMS operational experience (buyer side) required. • Ability to motivate, encourage and guide a high energy, collaborative team is essential.
