"Growing foreign owned company has an urgent need – Director of Manufacturing, Lean & Quality – for their Indiana facility. This organization is currently implementing Lean and Six-Sigma in their US manufacturing operation. This is a key role that will have equal responsibilities in both strategy and implementation while leading and building an Engineering team that will focus on improving manufacturing processes and problems. Responsibilities: * Oversee the management of the Systems Improvement Team * Manages entire Lean and Six-Sigma implementation and continuous improvements across manufacturing operations * Drive the creation and implementation of Benchmarking, KPI and Metrics tools to track the entire value stream, critical process validations and all complaint and CAPAs * Ensure International Compliance with the FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, QSRs and other regulations * Interface with all Corporate Quality personnel * Train and develop key personnel and staff Requirements: * MUST have 5 years minimum experience in Lean / Six-Sigma with full certifications * MUST have ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 expertise * MUST have worked within the Medical Device Industry supporting Quality in a Manufacturing Operations function * MUST have a minimum BS degree in Engineering while a graduate degree is highly preferred Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 Base + bonus, equity and full relocation.
