Responsibilities: * Oversee full Purchasing / Procurement / Sourcing operations for global operations * Drive the creation and implementation of Strategic Plan * Spearhead the design and implementation of Benchmarking, KPI and Metrics tools * Lead the identification and selection of suppliers * Manage a team of four Buyers * Transform a cultural change to become a performance driven results oriented organization Requirements: * MUST have 5 years minimum experience directly in Purchasing / Procurement / Sourcing roles * MUST have management or team-lead expertise * MUST have extensive negotiating experience * MUST have experience using PPV measurements * MUST come from either a highly regulated background (Biotech, Medical Device, Pharma or Aerospace) or company manufacturing Industrial Machined Parts * Having a CPM certification is highly preferred * An MBA or graduate degree is highly preferred Compensation: Base Salary of $100-130k + bonus and full relocation.
