"POSITION: Regional Sales Director DEPARTMENT: Headquarter in Europe REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: CEO and Board of Directors RESPONSIBILITIES: The regional sales director (RSD) is responsible for meeting or exceed sales objectives of US Market by promoting and selling the company products through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships. The RSD will play an integral role in the success of the Sales team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist senior management to set up international business and sales development plan. Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services. Demonstrating industry knowledge. Analyze and predict electric motor’s market status, Defining and executing international marketing and sales annual plan. Set up group sales and marketing operation system. Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products. Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows. Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations. Conducting contract negotiations. Set up most efficient sales team and international network. QUALIFICATIONS  Bachelors degree required Self-starter with a “Can Do” attitude and always strive to exceed expectations. 5+ years’ international sales experience, including 3 years electric motor sales experience in US region. Skilled at creating and executing prospecting strategies for discovering new accounts. Excellent international sales strategy planning and execution capability. Good business development and marketing sense with excellent research and problem solving skills. Familiar with electric motor market development in US is essential.
