This is a pivotal leadership role with frequent interactions with Senior most Executives. Responsibilities: * Oversee the management of the International Quality Audit program * Provides the strategic direction of all policies, procedures, oversight, and maintenance of all Quality and Audit initiatives * Drive the creation and implementation of Benchmarking, KPI and Metrics tools * Ensure International Compliance with the FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, JPAL, CMDR, MDD and other regulations * Maintain International Audit and Quality Programs for world-wide manufacturing operations * Interface with all regulatory associations and agencies, suppliers, and Sr. most Executives * Train and develop key personnel and staff Requirements: * MUST have ISO 13485 expertise * MUST have worked within the Medical Device Industry supporting Manufacturing Operations in a Quality Audit function * MUST have extensive CAPA reporting experience * MUST have been involved in FDA Audits * MUST have 7 years minimum experience * MUST have a minimum BS degree while an MBA or graduate degree is highly preferred Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 Base + bonus, equity and full relocation.
