Subject: Global Head of HR Ashley Snow posted a job: Global Head of HR "The Global Head of Human Resources will have broad responsibility for leading human resource programs and activities across our Client globally as well as aide in the aggressive growth of the organization. The Global Head of Human Resources will report to the President and will manage global senior level human resource and recruiting teams of this Global IT and Procurement organization. The responsibilities include driving the delivery of performance management, career development/personnel development, and attrition management. The incumbent will efficiently streamline policies, generals, and technical's; demonstration of modeling; global on boarding and off boarding. Further, the individual will be expected to build a reputation as a trusted advisor to managers and other members of senior leadership and capability leaders, advising them on people issues and helping to resolve them. · Drive performance planning, programs, systems and processes. · Spear Global Comp & Benefit Plan · Cost Estimates/Budgeting · Build Job and Role description banding · Attrition Management ·Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field; a Masters degree is preferred. Requires minimum seven to ten years of progressive experience in a global senior level human resource position. ·Supervisory experience required · Come from an ITO/BPO-Offshore background · Ability to travel internationally · Must reside in the Dayton, OH or Cincinnati area.
