Louis, MO Position Type: Permanent hire "Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Participate in developing software according to established requirements, technical plans, standards and system architecture specifications. • Design, development, test, and implementation of applications. • Assist in building technical standards, methodologies and processes for successfully building first class external client integration (B2B) environment. • Resolve daily technical (support) issues and communicate solutions to the business community and technical staff. • Ability to architect, build and deploy using the WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) environment Required Qualifications: Technical: Advanced WTX/Mercator programming skills. Advanced UNIX (HP-UX, AIX) skills. Advanced knowledge of client integration (B2B) concepts. File Transfer Technologies AS1/AS2/AS3 sFTP/FTPs HTTPs Electronic File Standards/Formats x12 EDI XML NCPDP HIPAA Experience with B2B implementations (from inception to completion) Experience/Interpersonal: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience 5 or more years of IS/IT experience, preferably 2-3 years in PBM industry. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle complicated technical issues and communicate them with both technical and non-technical people. Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines. Demonstrated ability to manage toward work plan goals. Team-oriented with a proactive and optimistic problem solving style. Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions. Extremely detail oriented. Strong customer service focus. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines."
