Job Description The business development manager will be a member of the sales team and report into the vertical sales lead in North America. This person will have overall responsibility of 4M ACV. The ideal candidate will have worked in a BPO company in the BFS Vertical for 10 -12 years and has experience in cross selling solutions such as, R&A, F&A, and Call Center. Buy & sell side experience with Capital Markets, established in selling BPO services in the Banking, Mortgage, and Capital Markets. This candidate will have gained significant domain knowledge for the vertical they are in and be well versed in the structure of potential clients. The candidate will be required to have a well defined strategy on creating their pipeline and have identified new companies to target aggressively. This candidate will need to be able to leverage their resources around them to create more opportunities as well as, close the deals in their pipeline. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to closing small to mid-size deals as well as, provide support to the vertical sales lead to close larger more complex deals.
