"Location: Tampa, FL Duration: 3 months to several years Position: Help Desk – Level 1 If you have vacations planned during the first several months, please do not apply. Hours of operations which are: M-F 8am-11pm EST S-Su 9am-6pm EST. Typical Shifts are 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8, 12-9 or 1-10. MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT. • Position is level 1 technical support to user base, including clients, customers and partners. (remote and on-site) • Position is located at the Support Center in Tampa! • Key functions of support: Desktop, Network, Notes, Blackberry, Printers Setup, Remote Access and software installs. • Take support calls and log issues into problem management system (e.g. Resolve, Remedy, TrackIt). • Provides Diagnoses basic hardware and software problems by phone or email. Responds to customer inquiries and answers customer's basic questions. • Refers more complex questions to appropriate subject matter expert. Requirements: • 3+ years of level 1 helpdesk experience. • Experience must include Desktop, Lotus Notes, Blackberry, Printers Setup, Remote Access and software installs. • Experience in the financial industry is a plus. • Must have previous Call Center experience"
