Activities -Collect the requirements - Use Crystal Reports for analysis and report generation. * 6+ years Experience * Needs strong Analytical\Conception Skills - i.e. - Analyze and conceptualize a reporting process\solutions for specific Business units\applications * The ability to formulate concepts and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical audience and communicate business\functional information to a technical audience with tact and negotiation and be able to ask a single question in multiple ways. * Needs to understand requirements process - i.e. Business, Functional, Technical and how they relate * Project Management fundamentals & basic customer relationship management skills. * Understand all current functionality in BO 3.1 and be able to learn and understand new release functionality. * Need to understand what tools to use for certain solutions - i.e. WEBI vs. Crystal V vs. Xcelsius vs. other BI tools such as Qliktech * Should have an understanding of data management concepts i.e. - OLAP vs. Transaction DB, etc. Must Have * Very good communication skills. * Needs to understand reporting as a whole and what is required to make a reporting project a success o Knowledge of the functionalities available in Crystal Reports 2008 and Business Objects 3.1 o Needs to be able to work with the business clients, application business analyst, technical application team and the Enterprise reporting team to help fill in gaps regarding reporting requirements, enterprise reporting forms -understand AD Security Models"
