Job Description: Vehicle Service Group,a world leader in vehicle lifting and collision repair technology, has an immediate opening for anHR/Organizational Development DirectorIn this challenging role, you will partner with regional General Managers, the VP of HR, and the Dover Corporate HR organization to implement and continuously improve HR strategies.This senior management-level position has a focus on organizational development. Key responsibilities include managing the assessment of organizational needs - and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members. Essential job functions include talent acquisition & management, compensation, benefits, HR legal compliance, and the overall direction of the HR department.The qualified candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development. A Master's degree and SPHR/GPHR certification are pluses. The position requires 7+ years of experience focused on HR generalist and/or organizational development work in a manufacturing company. The Director must be able to work cross-culturally.
