We are now looking to add a Delivery Consultant to join us with a large number of roles to work on from day one! The successful Delivery Consultant will be responsible for recruiting candidates not just from the local area but from across Europe to relocate and work for our well known and prestigious Online Gaming clients in Gibraltar . Responsibilities • Recruiting candidates across a variety of roles within Technology and Online Marketing including PMO, Development (Web and Software), Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, Web Design and Digital Marketing • Sourcing candidates using major job board databases, social media, networking and advertising. • Managing the whole candidate process from start to finish • Dealing with existing clients on occasion in terms of arranging interviews and candidate relocation etc but no business development will be required • Becoming an specialist and subject matter expert on everything online gaming Requirements • A minimum of 1-3 years current and solid Technology Recruitment experience (agency) • Experience across a range of Technology Recruitment specialism’s is an advantage but additional training will provided • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets (evidence will be required) • Extremely dedicated, focused and hard working attitude • Good communication skills and able to effectively enthuse, influence and close • Be a good listener as well as talker and a non-aggressive approach to recruitment • Excellent attention to detail with perfect spelling and grammar Why live and work in Gibraltar / Southern Spain • 300 days of sunshine per year • Easily accessible to the rest of Europe from Gibraltar and Malaga airports • Close to Marbella, Seville, Granada, Cádiz, Ronda, Tarifa. • Skiing at Sierra Nevada within 3 hours drive • Relaxed and social way of life • Multicultural communities in Gibraltar and surrounding areas • Great for food lovers with a huge variety of restaurants, tapas bars and food markets • Lots of festivals and community events all year round • Low cost of living in Spain, with a huge selection of accommodation and areas to live • Free Sport in Gibraltar – Football, Tennis, Padel, Swimming If you would be interested in this unique and challenging opportunity at Castle Hill, please send your CV in confidentiality to thomas.pearson@castlehillrecruitment.com for immediate review."
