Group: IT Recruiters Subject: nXt-IT is looking for a senior TA securities & private banking Start : 1/1/2013 Duration : 3 months Location : Brussels Reference nr : 1326 Sarah De Laet posted a job: nXt-IT is looking for a senior TA securities & private banking Start : 1/1/2013 Duration : 3 months Location : Brussels Reference nr : 1326 "MAIN ACTIVITIES:  Analysis of the requirements - Collects and analyses data and specifies system requirements to define or accomplish objectives. - Applies future business partner, customer and information technology trends to contribute to the vision on the IT requirements.  Solution Design - Advises business partners on the selection of technical solutions and formulates a technical approach to integrate hardware, services, application software and system management into an information-processing solution that meets often complex and conflicting business, user and system requirements. - Creates a plan for the technical realisations and manages the dependencies between the different realisations. - Advises on costs, timescales and technical risks in the planning of technical deliverables.  Defining technical frameworks - Advises other IT professionals, team members and team leaders and architects on the development and implementation of IT solutions in their area of technical expertise. - Advises and starts to probe the business partner in the analysis of requirements to be able to deliver an integrated solution design.  Solution Delivery & Support - Sees to the delivery of high-quality solutions to business partners based on complex requirements. - Provides third-line support and independently performs problem analyses. - Solves complex problems for systems and applications, and develops and compares alternative solutions, also when speed is of the essence.  Relationship management - Supports and encourages team members, including business partner and supplier personnel, to accomplish the team’s objectives. - Plays an active role in knowledge transfer between technical analysts. - Supports and coaches technical analysts. - Is able to convey technical trade-offs (long-term solutions vs short-term needs).  Editing and reusing assets - Is responsible for the delivery and updating of documentation relating to solutions, the implementation process and analyses within his/her area of expertise. - Decides on required documentation. - Functions as an expert for already developed objects and materials.  Solution testing - Provides input for the definition of the strategy for the verification and validation of the technical work. - Ensures all defects of the technical component are resolved. - Tracks, monitors and analyses defects in order to mitigate impact on the project or release (Integration testing).
