The desk is warm with an established client base in place, however in such a buoyant market there is huge opportunity to grow the desk and the ideal candidate will have experience in business Development and proven success in developing new client relationships. This is a dual desk and you will be responsible for the maintenance of the existing client relationships whilst also building new contacts and relationships of your own. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a HOT desk with existing clients. The successful consultant will come from either a temp OR perm background with any sector experience and you must be committed to performing a full 360 role - getting on the phone, picking up clients and building relationships.
