Provide support activities for existing UC4 installations. This includes: responsible for the system infrastructure and design, ensure high availability of UC4 systems, responsible for system and utility installations, provide support mainly to the Batch Teams, monitoring of the systems leveraging CCMS/UC4 based alerting, performance tuning via maintenance of job plans, configuration of logon groups, and work process distribution, problem analysis & solving, articipate in projects (related to SAP system upgrades, UC4 System upgrades), maintain the non-business clients in UC4.
