Award winning recruitment business looking for a highly driven, ambitious and bright School leaver to join as a Recruitment Resourcer with scope for career progression to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant. The client is an award winning recruitment business that has grown year on year despite tough market conditions. They recruit internationally and work in verticals within the IT and Engineering space. Due to expansion of the team, they need a Resourcer to support the consultants. Your daily tasks will include, locating possible candidates for roles that come in - liaising with the management team and working closely with consultants in matching candidates to the roles. The ideal candidate will not require a degree and it could be their first job after finishing their A-Levels. In terms of character, we're looking for someone who is extremely likeable and willing to get on the phones and learn the ropes. Their work ethic needs to be top notch, and they must have a resilient working attitude and a strong willingness to learn. The majority of this role will be done via the telephone with a small percentage being done face-to-face, so you'll need excellent communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with any level of client or candidate. You will receive a base salary of £16k and then £200 per candidate that you find!! The ideal candidate doesn't require technical or previous sales experience - what you will have is the desire to exceed expectations and beat your competition whilst having the ability to communicate naturally and build genuine rapport with team members, clients and candidates.
